Job Requirement Job Description: Manage Allocated Team Of Sales Executives, Educate team by various trainings, Assist & Develop them for achieving Targets, Find Sales opportunities in given territory & Customer segment, close the sales & generate revenue, follow up future prospects, co-ordinate with support staff & nurture relationship with customer




Primary Responsibilities: Ensures Consistent, Profitable growth in sales revenues, positive planning, development and management of sales team, making strategies and action plans to improve short and long term sales and earnings


Reporting To : General Manager (sales)

Required Skills : Excellent personality & Communication Skills, Good Command over Language, Presentation Skills, Basic understanding & Selling Skills, Interpersonal relationship & Negotiation Skills

Plan Business Penetration Strategy


Visit to the prospective clients from individual accounts as well as with team members.

Ensure effective implementation of strategy


Identification od clients needs

Assist the team members for proposal presentation & closing the orders


Giving them sales presentation

Prepare Action plan for Target Achieving


Close the orders for company

Adhering regular reporting systems


Revenue generation for the organization

Maintain Database of daily & weekly Reports


Achieving / Exceeding individual & Team sales Targets

Reviewing sales team performance & capability Development.


Conduct Sales Training & motivation sessions with sales team
